NHAT NAM ENGINEERING

Automatic visual inspection machine for ampoules, vials, cartridges and syringes.

The AV-E is the cutting-edge technology for the high-speed automatic inspection of pharmaceutical products such as vials, cartridges, ampoules¿ and syringes (mod. AV-EGS), ¿which represents the ideal solution to ensure that SVP products are essentially free of particulate and cosmetic defects.

sensors for chlorine dioxide

DULCOTEST

Graduated measuring ranges 0.01 – 10 mg/l

Chlorine dioxide measurement with DULCOTEST sensors offers precise, reliable, application-specific measured values in real-time for all oxidation and disinfection tasks.

Reliable online measurement of chlorine dioxide – with DULCOTEST sensors.

Our product line of DULCOTEST chlorine dioxide sensors provides three sensor product ranges for different applications. Each product range consists of several types for different measuring ranges. To monitor or control clear water, for instance in the disinfection of potable water, there is the tried-and-tested chlorine dioxide sensor range CDE2. The CDP1 product range is available for rapidly controlling the chlorine dioxide content in bottle-washing systems. The innovative sensor type CDR1 can be used in polluted waters, e.g. raw water for the production of potable water, cooling water and wastewater.

Your benefits

  • Three application-optimised sensor ranges available
  • Precise, real-time amperometric measurement for efficient process control (short response time)
  • Amperometric measuring eliminates interference caused by turbidity or colouration
  • Integrated or rapid external temperature compensation eliminates interference caused by influence of temperature
  • Diaphragm-covered sensors for reduced dependence on flow, cross-sensitivities, substances in water and film-forming media
  • Diaphragm-covered measuring electrodes embedded in an electrolyte ensure long service life. This maintains optimum measuring conditions regardless of process conditions
