NHAT NAM ENGINEERING

Automatic visual inspection machine for ampoules, vials, cartridges and syringes.

The AV-E is the cutting-edge technology for the high-speed automatic inspection of pharmaceutical products such as vials, cartridges, ampoules¿ and syringes (mod. AV-EGS), ¿which represents the ideal solution to ensure that SVP products are essentially free of particulate and cosmetic defects.

sensors for hydrogen peroxide

DULCOTEST

Graduated measuring ranges 0.2 – 2,000 mg/l, special measuring ranges up to 100,000 mg/l

Hydrogen peroxide measurement with DULCOTEST sensors: Efficient and reliable determination of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide – can be used in a wide range of applications.

Reliable online measurement of hydrogen peroxide with DULCOTEST sensors.

You have the choice of three types of sensor for applications with different requirements with our DULCOTEST sensors for hydrogen peroxide(H2O2): PER1, PEROX H2.10 P and PEROX H 3E.

The PER1-mA sensor is resistant to contaminated water and can be used in water with a temperature of up to 50 °C. It is a compact sensor with a built-in transducer and temperature correction, and has a measuring range of up to 100,000 mg/l.

The PEROX H2.10 P sensor type displays no cross-sensitivity to chlorine and, with its fast response time and separate temperature measurement, can be used to control fast processes in clear water, even with the temporary absence of hydrogen peroxide.

The PEROX H 3E sensor with a built-in transducer and 3-electrode system shares the benefits of the PEROX H2.10 P sensor and can also be used for reliable measurement above 0.2 ppm H2O2 as well as being suited to moderately contaminated water.

Your benefits

  • Precise, real-time amperometric measurement for efficient process control (short response time)
  • Amperometric measuring eliminates interference caused by turbidity or colouration
  • Stable zero point means no drift
  • Temperature compensation eliminates interference caused by the influence of temperature
  • Diaphragm-covered electrodes for reduced dependence on flow and cross-sensitivities
  • Short run-in period for quick commissioning

Technical Info

  • pH-range of 1-11 (variable), suitable for use at a constant pH value of up to pH 12 (types PER 1, PEROX H2.10 P)
  • PER1 and PEROX H-3E sensor types can also be used with contaminated process media
  • Maximum operating temperature of up to 50 °C (type PER 1)

Your benefits

  • Hydrogen peroxide as the measured variable, with measuring ranges from 20 ppm to 100,000 ppm (10%. With > 2%, as special versions) available
  • Diaphragm-covered sensor minimises faults caused by changing flow or substances in the water
  • Resistance to films of dirt thanks to use of a pore-free diaphragm
  • Can be used in wide pH range of 1…11
  • Operating temperature up to 50 °C

Your benefits

  • Measured variable hydrogen peroxide without cross-sensitivity to chlorine
  • Diaphragm-covered sensor minimises faults caused by changing flow
  • Fast processes can be controlled through the sensor’s rapid response time in conjunction with fast external temperature measurement for temperature correction
  • Can be used in wide pH range of 2.5…10
  • Reliable measurement even after periods of absence of hydrogen peroxide thanks to pulsed, self-regenerating measuring electrode

Your benefits

  • Measured variable hydrogen peroxide without cross-sensitivity to free chlorine and peracetic acid
  • Sensitive measuring range from 0.2 mg/l
  • Fast processes can be controlled through the sensor’s rapid response time in conjunction with fast external temperature measurement for temperature correction
  • Reliable measurement even after periods of absence of hydrogen peroxide thanks to pulsed, self-regenerating measuring electrode
  • Low measuring range provided by a system containing 3 electrodes
  • Membrane-covered sensor minimises faults caused by changing flow
  • An integrated transmitter and the signal cable’s plug-in connector make for an easy installation
